More About Steve...
Life Coach, NLP Performance/ Audition Coach, Mindset Coach for Professionals, Motivational Coach, Businessman, University Lecturer, Professional Musician, Husband, Father of Five. Steve began coaching musicians as an audition/ performance mindset coach,  helping them deal with performance nerves and anxieties.  After becoming formally certified at the Life Coaching Academy with NLP, Life Coaching, and Professional Coaching, Steve's coaching has evolved to coaching professionals of all kinds. Although Steve utilises several coaching models, methods, and techniques, Steve coaches mostly with NLP, Neurolinguistic Programming. 
        As a youngster he dreamed big and realised early on in life that to achieve a dream means to tackle one challenge after the other, both externally and internally, and that we need good teachers, mentors, and coaches to get us to where we want to be. He defeated his fears of stage fright by becoming a successful professional musician at the age of 22.  He has been the Principal Tuba Player of the Sydney Symphony Orchestra since 1990 and has performed in Carnegie Hall with the SSO, Philadelphia Orchestra, and the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra of Amsterdam.    Steve's mortal fear of heights since childhood was conquered by getting his health and fitness in order then joining a mountaineering course in New Zealand at the age 54, followed by summiting three of Switzerland's 4,000+ Metre  peaks using an ice axe, crampons, and ropes.  For years he successfully ran his own TubaMania business while being a full time musician with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and parenting.  Now, in addition to his coaching, he runs his own online music school for tuba and brass, Steve Rossé VIP Masterclass Course.  
     Steve's life journey has consisted of a series of challenges, one after the other, whether it be professionally-related, or with parenting, relationships, or wellness. His coaching business is now built with the foundation of understanding that we all face challenges daily, both internally and externally.   As Steve loves to learn and challenge himself, he has enrolled in a Certificate IV Course in Fitness with a Diploma in Nutrition with the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers.
     Steve is presently very active with his coaching business, his online VIP Masterclass Course, and his professional music performances.  Steve lives with his wife Robbie in Sydney's cool inner-west in Newtown.   Together they have eight adult children who live in various cities throughout the world, their elderly cat Shadow and French bulldog, Dotty.
